Terms of Service

Welcome to Market Connect AI ("the app"), a Pi Network marketplace at pimarketconnect.com. By using the app you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must have a valid Pi Network account, meet Pi's age and KYC requirements, and comply with all local laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Pi credentials secure. Impersonation, multiple abusive accounts, or misrepresentation are prohibited.

3. Listings

• You must be legally entitled to sell any item you list.
• Listings must be accurate, in the correct category, and priced honestly in Pi.
• Prohibited items include: illegal goods, weapons, drugs, stolen property, counterfeit goods, adult content, live animals, hazardous materials, financial instruments, and anything that violates Pi Network policies.

4. Payments (Pi only)

All transactions on Market Connect AI settle in Pi on the Pi Mainnet blockchain via the official Pi SDK. No fiat, other cryptocurrencies, or off-platform payments are permitted. Market Connect AI charges a 2% commission on each completed sale to operate and maintain the marketplace.

5. Orders & fulfillment

• Sellers must ship or deliver as described within a reasonable time.
• Buyers must provide accurate shipping information.
• Disputes should first be resolved directly between buyer and seller through in-app chat. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to our moderation team via the Report feature.

6. Reviews and conduct

Reviews must be honest and based on actual purchases. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and manipulation of ratings are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you upload. By posting content, you grant Market Connect AI a non-exclusive license to display it in the marketplace. Do not infringe others' trademarks or copyrights.

8. Prohibited use

• No attempts to bypass Pi authentication or payment verification.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the app.
• No linking users to external payment or auth systems.

9. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, Pi Network policies, or applicable law, at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Market Connect AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
