Market Connect AI ("we", "us", "the app") is a Pi Network marketplace operated at pimarketconnect.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Pi Network identity: your Pi username and Pi UID, provided via Pi Authentication when you sign in. We never receive your Pi passphrase or private keys.
• Profile data you provide: display name, avatar, bio, and language preference.
• Listings and messages: product content, images, prices, chat messages, reviews, and reports you submit.
• Order data: shipping address and notes you enter at checkout, and the Pi transaction ID of completed payments.
• Technical data: minimal logs (timestamps, error codes) used to keep the service reliable and secure.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you with Pi Network and create your account.
• To display listings, process Pi payments, and deliver orders.
• To enable buyer–seller chat, reviews, follows, and notifications.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Pi payments

All transactions are settled in Pi on the Pi Mainnet blockchain. Payment metadata (amount, memo, transaction ID) is exchanged with the Pi Platform to approve and complete each payment. We do not store your wallet passphrase.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:

• Pi Network, for authentication and payment settlement.
• Our backend/database provider, solely to operate the service.
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us; some records (e.g. completed transaction receipts) may be retained where required for security, accounting, or legal reasons.

6. Security

We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level database security, signed URLs for private storage, and server-side verification of every Pi payment. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

7. Children

Market Connect AI is not directed to children under 13, and the Pi Network requires users to meet its own minimum age. Do not use the app if you do not meet these requirements.

8. Your choices

• You can edit your profile, delete your listings, and clear favorites at any time.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.
• You can withdraw Pi authentication by revoking the app in the Pi Browser.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
